Nationally, the number of deaths attributed to people sleeping rough is, sadly, on the rise. London is facing the highest year-to-year increases (22%) since surveys began.

To bring the tragedy of homeless death to the attention of the general public and the government, Ed Goodger and I created Cardboard Graves in collaboration with St Mungo’s charity. 148 gravestones (the number of homeless deaths in London last year) made out of cardboard found on the streets.
